One afternoon, Biboy and the gang were happily going about their usual activities when suddenly, a man rushed out of a house and nearly got hit by a moving vehicle. Startled, Biboy and the gang ran to help. When they picked the man up, they realized he was related to one of their members. Seeing that he was mentally ill, they decided to take him to a mental institution to seek professional help - with the blessing of his parents.

Their mission was clear: bring the man to the institution and return home. However, since the tricycle they were using was too small for five people, Biboy and Melvs carelessly climbed onto the roof, ignoring safety laws and acting without proper judgment due to the drugs they had just consumed. Joe, the gang leader, rode as a passenger inside, while Yeks sat beside him, holding the mentally ill man steady.

As they reached the main highway, Joe and Yeks were casually chatting while keeping a firm grip on the man. But what they failed to consider was that he wasn't just mentally unstable - he was suicidal. His earlier attempt to run into traffic had been no accident; it was a deliberate act.

Then, in an instant, disaster struck.

As the tricycle sped along the highway, the man suddenly lashed out and kicked the driver's steering bar. Everything happened in the blink of an eye - a violent, gruesome crash.

The only thing Biboy remembered before the crash was singing with Melvs and happily smoking. Then, the vehicle spun wildly out of control. The next thing he knew, he was lying on a dirt road. Adrenaline surged through his body, and despite his confusion, he quickly got up, sensing that something terrible had happened.

He stumbled toward his companions. The first person he saw was Melvs, lying flat on the ground, biting the hem of his shirt. At first, Biboy's vision was blurry, but as it cleared, he saw the horror - Melvs' face was crushed, completely unrecognizable. He couldn't speak, only staring blankly at nothing.

Still in shock, Biboy turned to Joe, their leader. He was lying face down, seemingly unharmed. Desperately, Biboy tried to lift him - but the moment he did, blood gushed from Joe's head.

Panic took over. Biboy's mind raced, unable to process the gruesome scene before him. He knew he had to leave - but where? Where could he go?

He was trapped in a nightmare, struggling to believe that what he had just witnessed was real.
