A thousand years have passed now and still the prophecy has yet to come to pass, and many have lost hope of it ever coming true. Yet there are those who still believing that one day the champion will arrive and the war will end at last.
It is a reflection of modern day relationships. The protagonists here are a busy career driven ambitious couple who have over time lost emotional connect with each other. during the lockdown they are forced to spend all their time together. they rediscover each other but....

I wrote this story for a friend of mine who needed to submit a sample of flash fiction for her homework. This very short story is based on a historical event and its connection with the Catholic Social Teachings.
