In the strange village, there were two orphans named John and Rose. John was older than Rose by 5 years. He graduated from high school and now works at the bar as a part-time job so that he can take care of his sister by himself.
Their parents had died when Rose was 6 years old. They were living with their aunt, Mila, but she became mad after two weeks.
People believed that a shy little girl had cursed our family. I had to keep her from those voices by sneaking out and coming to this town 5 years ago.
One night, Rose knocked loudly at her brother's bedroom door. She said that she had been reading in bed and heard a strange noise. And she told John that when she had looked out of the window, she had seen a mysterious man stare at her in the woods.
He thought his sister must be exhausted from school, so he told her that there was nothing to be afraid of and took her to sleep.
From that time when he woke up, he felt something strange about Rose. For instance, she was wearing a sweet pink skirt with a small white jacket on Monday, which she had never shown him before, even baked a cupcake for him by herself. John suspected what had happened to Rose and whether she had hidden something from him.
Three weeks later, he found out that she had a boyfriend named “Max”, and his father is the most famous detective in Stranger Ville. It was unbelievable and surprised him at the same time; he knew that Rose was not a monster and hadn't been caused by the devil at all.
The next day, she texted her brother to see if she had gone camping with her classmate and Max. John texted her back that she can. It was the last message on his phone. That night, he dreamed that the mysterious man killed Rose and her friend.
He woke up and found himself in a nasty bed. His house smelled like garbage. He called her immediately, but it was too late. All of them had disappeared by the next morning.
He searched for his sister everywhere, but it was still useless. After three months of searching, he gave up and forgot his sister because he knew she would not come back.
Later, someone knocked at the front door. John walked down slowly and opened the door. It’s Max, Rose’s friend, who asked for help. At that moment, he was unsure of what was happening, but he had already dressed in blue clothes and was holding a flashlight when he realized Max was coming.
When he went out, the door closed by itself. They were walking into the woods and ended up on a cliff. John asked Max where we were. Max said, “Don’t you remember this place?” John said, "I can’t remember because I have never been here in my life".
Max's face turned red, and he spoke in a low voice. “Don’t you remember the day you murdered your sister?”.
John felt offended. He quickly seized Max's collar and punched him in the face many times. “WHAT DID YOU SAY? HOW IN THE WORLD I WOULD KILL ROSE?”.
Max fell and laughed at him. “Well, I knew that your name wasn’t John, but North, the drug dealer, I knew it because my father has been hunting for you and you will be arrested soon.”. When he stopped speaking, he pushed John to fall from the cliff, and in that moment, he realized he had just woken up.
“I think some of my memories are loading”. He got up and took a shower. Suddenly, he looked in the mirror, saw his evil face beside him, and realized that his name was North and his career was a Drug dealer. He had been committing homicide since he was an 11-year-old and living as an outlaw when he kidnapped Aunt Mila’s daughter, “Rose”.
Now he is on an arrest warrant for the massacre of a group of teenagers. He had lied to himself for a long time. “What have I done?”
