My breakfast started by putting a platter of toast and tea on my working table. Then I wait for a few seconds to 1 minute for it to take place in front of my eyes. Now when I start to begin taking the first bite, I carefully put it in my mouth and a sign of relief comes to my mind that no tiny crumb has fallen on my already dust-laden table.
Then the calm and my ignorance to vigilantly eating is evaporated when my gaze settles on a speck of toast crumble laying like my table is its resting ground and my fury rises. My main struggle is to make my mind whether to eat or also clean the table by using my left-hand index fingertip and, like a vacuum, use it to carry the speck of crumble onto the side of my platter.
This continues for a few minutes, and generally I choose the simultaneous action of eating and also collecting particles of crumble from the table if by any chance they took a fall from my meticulous effort of eating the bite.
The breakfast is finished, and I see a table with no particles of toast lying around, and it feels calm that the toast is on the platter in the form of particles and not on my table.
