Tim was a boy of few words. He was a 10-year-old lad accompanied by his mom and dad. Tim lived in the countryside near a house that seemed lonely but filled with beautiful flowers. Tim had a best friend John who was his classmate.
Both Tim and John studied in St John High School with lots of kids who were quite cool. Tim and John loved to explore new places and would usually go for rides, (bicycle) to nearby places.
One day they decided to explore the lonely house with a beautiful garden that was near Tim's house. Both the friends though scared, gathered the courage to move ahead. The house seemed quite isolated and gave the feeling that it was haunted. Still, Tim and John gathered the courage and went near the house which was filled with dusty patches all around.
Tim and John looked and saw a feeble old lady and a man. They gathered their strength and greeted the old couple. The old couple were named Mr. and Mrs. Brown.
Tim and John asked why Mr. and Mrs. Brown were so lonely. Mrs. Brown replied, "We do not wish to scare away people but our looks do it all." Both Tim and John felt, sorry for the old couple and started visiting them every day. They helped Mr. and Mrs. Brown in their daily cores.
Tim and John became the talk of the town of, how these children helped the old couple. They both were honored by their societies for doing charity work at this age without any selfish motive.
Now the neighboring people too started visiting Mr. and Mrs. Brown who were quite old and longed for friends and even more. Mr. and Mrs. Brown thanked Tim and John and told them to stay like this even when they are big and strong.
Thanks, keep smiling.
Moral: Help others that is the greatest blessing of God.
