It all began with the arrival of someone unlike anyone ever born on Earth. A being destined to walk the opposite edge of the blade that humanity holds—his name was Givanoz.
He was a fair and handsome boy, gifted with many talents. He loved playing football, reading—especially books about psychology and self-development—and was also an outstanding student. To everyone around him, Givanoz was just a bright young man with a promising future.
But there was a hidden danger lurking inside him—Multiple Personality Disorder. Strangely, no one ever noticed a single symptom. His life went on normally, right up until he graduated from college.
And then, it happened.
One evening, just like any other, Givanoz returned home from the library. But when he entered his house, he saw something terrifying—a thief had broken in and was threatening his mother with a knife to her throat.
That moment changed everything.
Without thinking, without even blinking, Givanoz charged at the thief. In a blink of an eye, he brought him down and crushed the man’s skull with his foot. Then, he stood over the body, laughing—maniacally, eerily—for nearly fifteen minutes.
And suddenly, he collapsed.
He woke up the next evening, confused and disoriented. The thief had survived and was taken to the hospital. The police fined Givanoz for using excessive force. Things could’ve been much worse—he was lucky the man didn’t die and that Givanoz had a clean record.
But the real damage had been done.
His mother was left in shock, haunted by what she had witnessed. Her son was not the same. And deep inside, Givanoz too knew—he was not alone within himself.
Days later, something even stranger occurred.
While walking down the street, Givanoz felt an eerie presence. It was a spirit, wandering the world in search of violent human hosts to destroy humanity from within. The spirit tried to enter Givanoz’s body—but something stopped it.
It trembled in fear.
Because what lived inside Givanoz was far more terrifying than the spirit could handle—Perez, the Supreme God of the Abyss. Darker than darkness itself. A being powerful enough to rip apart the threads of time.
Unbeknownst to Givanoz, Perez had been sealed within his soul since the day he was born.
When Givanoz was just three days old, his father—a priest, exorcist, and soul hunter—tried to trap Perez inside a holy jar. But the spirit slipped past the seal and into the newborn's body. From that moment on, Givanoz unknowingly carried a piece of the abyss within him. His strength, his intelligence, his talents—all of it came from the dark god inside him.
That same evening, shaken but determined, Givanoz visited the library. For some reason, he felt drawn to mythology. As he scanned the shelves, one book caught his eye: "The Supreme Gods." He opened it and flipped through the pages—until a name stopped him.
Perez.
Without meaning to, he whispered, “This is what I wanted.”
His hands trembled. His voice had spoken, but it hadn’t been him.
Realizing he wasn’t in control anymore, Givanoz rushed home. “Mom! I need to talk to you. Right now!” he shouted.
His mother turned, concerned. “What’s wrong, kiddo? Are you okay?”
“No, I’m not! Tell me—who is Perez? What is he? What’s going on with me?”
The moment she heard the name, her hands froze. A plate slipped from her grip and shattered on the floor. Her eyes locked onto his, filled with fear.
He asked again, “What’s the deal, Mom? What is going on?!”
She slowly nodded, tears welling up in her eyes. “It’s time you knew the truth.”
She told him everything—about his father, about the spirit, about the day he was born. How Perez, nearly destroyed, had entered his body. How his father vanished soon after, never to be found. And how that event was the reason behind his dangerous disorder.
“Now,” she said, “it’s up to you to find a way to exorcise Perez... before he fully awakens.” Givanoz stood frozen. A storm of emotions swirled inside him—fear, confusion, anger. But before he could respond, his vision blurred. His knees gave out.
And then, a cold voice echoed inside his mind—
"It’s finally time... to wake up."
To be continued...
