Leo sat quietly in his classroom, his mind struggling to grasp the surreal situation he found himself in. The school he attended had strict rules—if a student committed any disciplinary offense, they were sentenced to imprisonment for six months to a year, depending on the severity of their actions. Even during their imprisonment, they were forced to take exams, enduring both physical and mental strain.
Leo was an obedient, disciplined student, never one to break the rules. But today, through some bureaucratic error or perhaps a sinister mistake, he found himself behind bars. The cold walls of the prison cell felt alien to him as he desperately tried to understand why he was there.
“Why am I imprisoned? I haven’t done anything wrong!” Leo’s voice trembled with confusion and fear.
The teacher, a stern figure, merely replied, “You have the right to remain silent.”
Leo’s protests fell on deaf ears. “But what did I do? Why won’t anyone tell me?”
The teacher offered no explanation, just the same empty phrase. As if on cue, a superior officer entered the room. Leo, seizing the opportunity, repeated his plea. “Does my father know that I’m imprisoned? Why am I here?”
The superior looked down at Leo with a cold, indifferent gaze. “It’s none of your business, and you’re here because of a mistake you’ve made.”
Fear and frustration bubbled inside Leo. “What mistake? What did I do?” But no answer came. Instead, the man coldly informed him that he could hire a lawyer if he wished. Leo, seeing no other option, requested one immediately.
Days passed in a blur of exams and darkness. During one exam, the power went out, plunging the students into darkness, yet they were forced to continue writing. The oppressive atmosphere of the prison began to weigh heavily on Leo’s mind, each day blending into the next, with no word from his lawyer, no trial, and no explanation.
A month later, the lawyer finally appeared. Desperate, Leo asked, “Why am I here? Does my father know about this?”
The lawyer’s response was disheartening. “I don’t know why you’re here, and I don’t think your father is aware.”
Leo’s heart sank. His father was in another country, unaware of his son’s predicament. Leo lived alone in a villa his father had gifted him for his birthday, managing his life independently. It had only been a week since he joined the school, yet he was already trapped in this nightmare.
The days dragged on, each one harder than the last. The exams became increasingly difficult, the pressure mounting. Leo knew he couldn’t survive a year of this torment. He needed to escape.
After a month of silence, the lawyer returned with news. “Your father will be here in a few days.”
As the lawyer spoke, a shadowy figure loomed behind them. Leo’s heart leaped with relief when he recognized the figure—it was his father. A towering man with the physique of a bodybuilder, Leo’s father was wealthy enough to buy the entire school if he wished.
“Don’t worry, son. I’ll get you out of here in no time,” his father reassured him, his voice filled with determination.
Just then, the superior officer reappeared, challenging Leo’s father. “Who are you, and why are you here?”
Leo’s father met the man’s gaze with a steely stare. “Who are you?”
“I’m the one in charge here,” the man replied arrogantly.
Leo’s father’s expression hardened. “Why is my son in this prison? Tell me the reason,” he demanded.
The superior officer, unmoved, responded, “If you want to speak, do it in court.”
Leo’s father let out a sarcastic laugh. “Court? For what? What’s the complaint?”
The man ignored him and walked away. Frustration boiled over in Leo’s father as he grabbed his son’s hand. “You’re coming with me now. Let’s see what this man can do.”
As they walked toward the exit, soldiers surrounded them, guns raised. But Leo’s father simply smiled, pulling out his phone and making a call. “Red hot peppers,” he said calmly.
Within moments, the roar of helicopters filled the air, and dozens of armed men stormed the prison. The superior officer, now visibly shaken, asked, “Who are you?”
Leo’s father looked at him with a chilling smile. “I am the one and only.”
With the sheer force of his will and power, Leo’s father broke the prison’s oppressive rules. From that day forward, the school abolished its cruel imprisonment system. Any mistakes made by students were handled through proper investigation and justice, not through fear and coercion.
As they walked away from the prison, Leo looked up at his father, still in awe of what had just happened. “What did you do back there, Dad?”
His father smiled warmly, wrapping his arm around Leo’s shoulder. “I did what I had to do to keep you safe. I’ll always protect you, son, no matter what.”
