Christopher had just woken up after 6 months of being in a coma. However, he could not remember anything from his past. During his hospitalisation, he tried going for walks, but it did little in helping him regain his memory from the past. He befriended Fanny, one of the nurses from the hospital, who nursed him back to health.
After his discharge, Christopher signed up for a course in frontline operations. After successfully passing the course, he got a job as a nursing assistant at the hospital Fanny was working at, mainly helping with counter duties. One day, Christopher was returning from his lunch break when he saw a man being brought to the hospital and accompanied by police officers. He had injured his hand and was brought in for medical treatment. According to police officers, the man, whose name is Stephen, had damaged the front door of a residential unit while trying to find his girlfriend, who cheated him out of all his money. The residents had called the police, and Stephen had an altercation with the police officers who tried to get him to leave, and in the process, accidentally injured one of them. However, he came to his senses and requested for medical attention for the injured officer, and gave himself up. The police officers noticed that Stephen's hand was bleeding, and brought him to the hospital for treatment. For some reason, Christopher's mind was in a whirl after hearing the circumstances of Stephen's crime. Fragmentary memories of the events before he lost his memories started coming back to him like a flash. He remembered seeing Stephen before losing consciousness. The events seemed overwhelming that he had to hold on to the wall for support. From a distance, Stephen asked if he was okay, the voice which Christopher also found familiar. Just then, Fanny passed by and saw Christopher hold on to the wall.
"What's wrong, Christopher? What happened?" she asked with great consternation. She helped him and they sat down. Through Fanny, Christopher learnt that Stephen had sent him to the hospital 6 months ago when he was barely conscious. After learning the facts through Fanny, Christopher remembered being a successful businessman and in a relationship with a lady named Winnie, which his younger sister Rachel disapproved of, thinking that Winnie was only after his money. Christopher had numerous fights with Rachel over Winnie, and in a fit of anger, he stormed out of the house. After that, he went to look for Winnie, only to find out that she had been taking him for a ride. He confronted her, and she begged him for forgiveness, saying that she loved him. Thinking that she was truly repentant, Christopher decided to give Winnie another chance, and they made up. They went for a meal, but after Christopher took a mouthful of his food, he felt giddy. He realized that Winnie had spiked his food. She was grinning wickedly at him. When he was unconscious, she drove his car to the sea. They stopped at the cliff, and Winnie put the unconscious Christopher at the driver's seat before alighting from the car. She then touched the driver's wheel, causing Christopher's car to plunge into the sea. Fortunately, he managed to regain consciousness. With whatever energy he had, he swam out of his car and onto the shore, where he become barely conscious. It was then that Stephen found him and sent him to the hospital. As Stephen was being led away, Christopher caught up with him, brandishing a photo of himself and Winnie, and Stephen confirmed that she was his girlfriend, who had cheated him out of all his money, but he knew her as Lauren.
Christopher immediately filed a police report about his and Stephen's predicament. He then went back to his place of residence, where fortunately, Rachel had still not given up hope of seeing him alive. He apologized for not believing her about Winnie's true identity, and both brother and sister reconciled. Christopher then told Rachel what had happened to him during the past 6 months. After that, they went to the lockup to visit Stephen, thanking him for having saved Christopher back then and promised to help find the con woman. After a few days, the con woman was nabbed. It turned out that neither Winnie nor Lauren was her real name, and she had scammed more than 10 men during the past few years, each time using a different name. All the victims testified against the con woman. Stephen was also sentenced to 6 months in jail for criminal damage and injuring a police officer. During his time in jail, he developed feelings for Rachel, who would often visit him. After everything was over, Christopher proposed to Fanny, who agreed. When Stephen was granted an early release due to good behaviour, Christopher gave him a job, working alongside him, allowing him to turn his life around. By that time, his relationship with Rachel had stabilised. In the end, a double wedding was held, where Christopher married Fanny and Stephen married Rachel, and friends and family celebrated their double wedding.
