Chapter 3: Everyday is a chance to be better
2011- new day new beginning, now boy was high schoolers, but however there was lots of ups and down during his admission to his school. Going back in time, it was month of March- just after his exams, something magical happened with the boy again. Day was little warm since long battle with winter was about to end, now again morning sun rise was pleasant and lots of birds humming and singing their choir it was new beginning indeed for boy. On this day, boy got sight of something beautiful, something unexpected, although it was for brief time but had his heart flutter again. After reaching home boy was not been able to come out of that sight, he was smiling and giggling.
Now month had passed and boy also have started moving towards his future, so on this day he went to his school’s administrative building to collect his results. But again, he saw same sight from month back, he was again dumb found, those eyes and porcelain skin and those smiles. Boy was again in love, and by this time it was sure that she is here for high school grade admission. Boy now went back to his house and started convincing his parents that he wants to continue his studies on that school only. After days of convincing game with parents he finally got their permission, so basically his class had already been started and he was last one to join.
Boy slowly entered his class room- class was full of many new faces and among every one he had eye on that particular person only. Day passed but all he his was looking at her from far away, like wise summer break was about to start- friend told him that, you have been stealing sites with her for too long and now its time go and have some conversation with her. Boy with deep thought was confused what if she is not interested in having conversation with me, or what if she gets awkward. But by this time his friend had already conveyed his feelings to her, boy was surprised and angry at same time, he was like what should I do and you all have ruined everything, suddenly from next side of class room he heard his name- some one was calling his name with pleasant voice. Boy when he looked towards that sound it was her, boy he was confused and was very nervous his face started to turn red as if he way freshly ripe cherry. He answered yes, she told him can we have conversation saying this she pulled his hand and took him next class where no one was there. She said is it true- boy said pardon- she said I really appreciate your feelings and I am sure you are very generous person but she cannot accept his feelings since she hardly knows him. Boy was dumbfounding he couldn’t say anything all he did was shook his head. After that they went inside their class, boy was silent and was trying hard to hold his tears of embarrassment since it was due to his friends and now, he cannot face her.
Few days passed now boy and that girl has started having normal conversation and boy is also trying his best to show his better side of him. It was a day when winter break was about to start, suddenly boy saw that one boy is holding hand of one girl, when he went near and crossed their path, it was her, she was already in relation with another boy. He was angry hurt and was in agony he felt as if 100s of needle is piecing his heart. Finally, he has got realization that she was never and will never be interested on him. So, with this conclusion boy finally accepted his fate and like wise year of 2011 and his new enthusiasm also ended.
February 2012- everyone has retuned back to their school from their winter break- boy entered his new class room, now he is in senior year. And through out his break he has made up his mind that now he will focus on studies since he has to get better colleges. Now boy has become little reserved always lost in his books and he now attentive at his class also. But as there is saying, your past will never let you move you to new future it will just teach them to live with them. Similarly, boy fate was also same, he was happy in his life and has already moved on, but suddenly he again heard someone calling him, on looking upon it was her. Boy was so dumb and helpless- although he had already made up his mind that he will never cross his path with her, now again he is in front of her.
Chapter 4: Field of Rafflesia Arnoldii
Now boy shares everything with her, and they sit together on same bench. Although he tries his best to control his feelings but he is helpless in front of her. He has no hope in his relationship all he does is study. February again it was month of love- month of valentine’s day. Although boy does not show anything in his face, but was just hoping that at least for once I will confession my feeling to her. He prepared some greeting cards and chocolates so he could give it to her. on day of 14th feb 2012- boy is all prepared and now he is about to confess her, he went to school early and at school every one was sharing their gifts with their loved one- today lots of new couple’s new love will be born. But however, boy dint has any courage’s that he could approach her and show is feelings. It was already mid da- everyone by now has become couples and class was full of youthfulness. Boy sitting alone at galley looking at his friends who was very happy since they have confessed and their confession was accepted, it was bright day but for him it felt like dark days when no living beings can survive, all of sudden he heard his name this time voice was different but quite familiar- he looked towards that direction- and he got down to those memory lane- it was his first girlfriend- he was surprised, he couldn’t response anything. It was almost 5 years that they have not talked with each other although they were in same class but they hardly had crossed their path. Again, she called him and said that someone is calling you- he replied “oh Yes, Thank you”. He was quite surprised and was at shock at same time, he went inside his class and asked who was calling him, it was that girl to whom he was about to confess, she said why are you standing alone come sit with me, he shook his head and sat together and they talked about lots of things, although he was still on shock he just tried to ignore it and said I have something for you and took out that greetings card and chocolates from his bag. She was quite surprised and happy at same time; but she replied” I cannot take this home” and he asked why and she did not gave any reply, boy was again for second time- he was in hope that this will be something different but result was same. Boy walked away with sad face he hardly had any expression in his face, whole day passed- it was time for home, suddenly she came told ok I will accept but only your greeting card. Boy smiled and simply handed over to her. Next day, boy was out for morning walk and while jogging he saw something quite similar to his greeting card lying at garbage bin, from far it was not so clear so he approached and saw greeting card which he with whole heart and dedication had prepared was lying at garbage, tears started rolling from his eye and was in realization there was no scope of hope for him to be with her since from very beginning.
Time passed by and it was already month of August of 2012. Through out this time boy was in grief and pain since all he saw was her laughing, joking in fact happy with her boyfriend. Unwillingly he use to look at them and always get hurt, friends used tried their best but boy was already too depressed. However, with this heart break there was good result also, person who use to get very low grade now has become second top student, his studies and grate rapidly grew. But he didn’t know that his days of grief and heart break was not yet over. It was 10th August of 2012 evening he got a call from some unknown number, he answered “hello” , from other side “ hello, how are you doing this days” he was confused voice seemed quite familiar to him, he replied “ who is this” , voice belonged to her- girl who had brought nothing but only grief and sadness in his life.
After that day, although boy tried his best to avoid but she called him frequently. Now again boy had ray of hope in his heart, he decided to continue with her, now they have long and late-night talk- sharing all day-to-day life. 14 August 2012, girl confessed and said I want to be in relationship lets be couple. Boy’s happiness was overflowing from his eyes and he smiled and smiled. Now he was his boyfriend, in fact next day she was waiting for him and they went school together. Whole day passed- but she seemed quite off avoiding him and left from school without him. Boy was confused what he has done to upset her, suddenly he got call from- boy had no idea that the things what she is about to say will change his prospective towards his love, she “ hello, I am really sorry but we cannot continue this relationship, I am still in love with my ex- boyfriend and in fact my sibling also want me to patch up him, so I am so sorry lets be good friends, please try to understand.’’ Saying this he hanged up her call. Boy was angry- he never imagined that one girl can so many hurtful thing to him, he blamed him self that he was an idiot. His relationship ended only for 18 hours, he had made up his mind and decided that he will never love any girl and die as an bachelor. Next day he went to school, seeing his dull face friends asked what is wrong, and he told everything- they became furious and angry they wanted to confront her and ask for apology from her, be he stopped them and said, it was his fault and he fool. He simply smiled and said I am just been facing karma since once I have hurt someone who was very dear to me, now I realize what she might has felt getting hurt by person whom you loved most “ he was referring his first love from 2007’’. Finally now boy wanted to talk with her and apologized her for things he had done due to his foolishness.
