Shamsa, a seventeen year old girl, lived in a small village near the Chenab river. Her anxiety grew as the date of her period approached. What she feared was the punishment she will have to face for not getting pregnant yet again. Eventually, on a random tuesday, she found herself facing her abuser. She kept begging for mercy, but the heartless tormenter turned a blind ear to her cries. Poor Shamsa got tortured to an extent that even moving a finger felt like a burden. When the pain finally wore off after a few days, with her usual strong spirit, Shamsa decided to confront her torturer. But in vain, Miss Uterus did not hold the ability to hear or speak.
