A brief tale of a middle-class family...

Yes, you can do it. Believe in yourself. God, help me out of this. I need a backup call from the troops - they can handle it better. Did you understand? All the shades of characters are flowing through my mind.

It's already 6:00 a.m. - will you wake up, honey...? my mother called from the kitchen. I could barely hear her voice through my little ears.

Suddenly, I woke up from sleep as if someone had pushed me off a building. My eyes opened just as I fell from the bed. My poor, beautiful mother had already prepared some breakfast. I walked into the hall, as usual, and sat on the black sectional-style sofa couch, which looked more like a bed.

My father, on the other hand, was pacing back and forth in the corridor, like someone walking in front of an ICU room in a hospital. His chest was bare, his belly balloon-shaped, and he was rolling up half of his lungi wrapped around his waist. He might have been lost in thoughts about financial setbacks or maybe the current state of politics.

He looked around for the paperboy, who never delivered the newspaper on time. They seem to live on their own schedule.

As time passed, he started staring down the street. "Father, it's not your asset papers, just wait a while," I thought, seeing the tension tremble inside him.

A little later, when I went to my dad to say something...

Suddenly, I heard a shout - "Paper!" As I turned to look, the newspaper flew straight and smacked me in the face. I got startled, while my father stood there with a smile.

And when I looked at the paper, the main headline on the front page was: "Trump Offers Aid to Warring Nations - Says He Deserves Nobel Prize"

I was like, "Huh?"
