One ordinary night, just a normal night at the police station where a patrol of policemen were discussing how to capture the 5 most wanted fugitives. The new recruit unsurely said, “ I have an idea.” Everyone started to burst with laughter but little did they know he had an awesome plan. There was one policeman, Dave, who did not laugh and instead he told others to stop laughing and hear him out. Dave was the captain so they had to listen to him.
The new recruit whose name was John, started to say his plan, “ So, listen, one of us can go undercover to find the thieves and the person who went undercover can act as a criminal and as you all know those 5 fugitives are a gang so whoever goes will earn their trust and join their gang which will lead us to them.”
The whole patrol went silent, Dave started to clap, others joined and John was truly happy. Everyone was flabbergasted. The patrol had a whole discussion on who should go and their final answer was Dave, the captain. John was a little disappointed that he could not go, but he was happy because the plan was finally decided and was going to be executed.
Day 1 of the plan Dave started his journey, stalked their social media and finally found their place and reached. The 5 fugitives were already informed from someone on the inside that an undercover cop was going to come. So they knew and ran before Dave even reached.
Dave went back to the police station and told everyone what happened he was informed by a security guard. So, then Dave did not give up; he sent Albert, a policeman now undercover.
Day 2 of the plan Albert asked the same security guard where they went and he went there.
Little did he know they were informed again, and moved. He came back and told them what happened. Dave said “They were once the 6 most wanted fugitives but we captured one of them so we can capture more. The captured one was the richest and he had a lot of money, he still does but the others took it since he is in eternal jail.” So, now finally I will send John the master of this plan.
Day 3 of the plan they found out where the 5 fugitives lived and he went there, they all were there, Sam, Max, George, Alex, and the new leader David. He knocked on the door, they opened it and acted like normal people and let him come in, they had a little chat and then they let him stay there. John had worn a watch from which he could talk to the police station and keep them informed.
A few days later, he said, “ I have been here only for a few days and have earned their trust. I will take them to Le Louvre (they lived in France) a week later at 7:00 PM because they said they did not want to leave the house for a week because they moved a lot.
A few days later it came flashing in the news that the famous painting “Mona Lisa” had been stolen! The police immediately asked John, did those 5 steal it, he said no. The police said we will wait until we arrest the 5.
The day finally came when they were waiting to meet at Le Le Louvre. They decided to meet near the entrance. It was finally 7:00 PM. The moment they were waiting for they saw at the entrance, no one was there no John, Sam, Max, George, Alex, and David. Only a paper fallen, they picked it up and it read…
Dear policemen,
It’s me John, I was the sixth fugitive all along, the insider who told them. I only joined to get to them and my work is done. I only wanted them not anyone else at all and you all will never be able to find us, we stole the Mona Lisa and sold it to get money. I also escaped prison, got plastic surgery and changed my name legally. All so you wouldn’t know my identity.
