This story is about a girl named Aradhana, a talented dancer who was asked to perform at the inauguration ceremony of the Kamala Devi School of Dance and Music.Simmi's younger sister Aradhana. She embraced and appreciated her greatly during the ceremony. Aradhana with a pleated saree, blouse, long hair, flowers on hair, and gold jewellery piqued her

interest. She went on to say that Aradhana was stunning. Aradhna's grandmother, mother, and aunty Pramela came to watch Aradhna's wonderful dance performance. Aradhna disliked Aunt Pramela so much that seeing her at the event made her unhappy and sensitive. Her mother had purchased her a necklace for her eighteenth birthday, something she could wear that evening. Meanwhile, Pramela mentioned that Aradhana was thin and black when her mother brought her, and that Aradhana should be informed of her adoption. Aradhna became agitated after hearing everything. After hearing about her past, she went pale, and begged her sister to tell the truth about her adoption, she cried and asked her to say that she was her six years younger sister and a part of a family but her mother tried to comfort her. Her mother handed her the necklace, telling her that her parents had purchased it for her birthday and that she should concentrate on her performance. Aradhna refused to dance following the revelation and refused to perform at the wedding. Her mother attempted to soothe her, telling her that she adored her and that they had shared all of their joys and sorrows for the last 18 years. She attempted to persuade Aradhana that being with her for 18 years was more significant than carrying her for nine months in the womb. After listening to her mother's plea Aradhana danced for her adopted 'Mother'. She danced for her mother, not her teacher or the audience. She danced for one person only, who followed every movement she made with bright, burning eyes.
