Pinko is just your average mushroom working in a normal society and having a normal life.
They seem fun, adventurous, bubbly and free from the restraints of the whole world. People always see them always happy, laughing and kept joking around to everyone like they are a bundle of joy.
But behind their face is a facade that they cannot escape the harsh reality of this world. They work themselves endlessly, slowly killing themselves.
They know that they are already nearing their limit yet they don't plan to stop. All the stress and anxiety is swirling in their mind full of what if's and full of doubt to their self. They know that they are tired from body to soul, keeping up the facade.
They are tired from trying to fit in always to society, afraid of what they would say to them. They are tired from selflessly giving all of theirs to their loved ones, knowing they would not have the love they wanted.
One day, Pinko reached their limit, they had a massive outburst that everyone was baffled and looked at them horribly and shocked as they witnessed the happy go lucky mushroom pinku had become like that.
Pinku ran away from them, hitting other mushrooms which they don't mind hitting them for their mind was in complete chaos. They don't understand what they are feeling right now.
Pinku arrived at a park with a wide lake spreading before their eyes, they cried like a child and wailed loudly. They cried and cried and yelled "Please! It doesn't matter who! Take me! Get me out of this place!"
After they yelled, a sweet voice yet seemed old answered them back softly "then come here" they turned around as they saw something standing there offering their hands.
They rubbed their eyes and nodded like a child as they accepted the hands. A few days had passed and the people were asking what happened to Pinku, some say they committed suicide, some say they left but who knows where they went right? They might be in a happy place right now where they can be happy and be free and be truly themselves.
