Mia and Zoe have been the best of friends from when they were little girls in Riverdale. They would wander the city together, afternoons on end, discussing dreams and carrying each other through every problem. They always met at their favorite place, a calm park along the river where they could sit down and talk.
In one summer Mia was informed that she had been accepted into a prestigious tertiary institution which was based in another town. Even though she was happy with Mia for this opportunity she felt heavy-hearted about leaving Zoe behind. Before parting, these two made a commitment to yourselves; despite all odds, they will remain close.
Time flew by quickly when Mia moved away to start her life anew. However, as much as they tried to keep up connection via mail messages, phone calls or even video chats; distance eventually began to count. Plus she also had personal challenges being faced with difficulties within school and home that resulted in Zoe feeling increasingly isolated and stressed out.
While struggling with her issues one time, Zoe got a surprise call from Mia. It turned out that Mia happened to hear about what was happening with her friend and decided to visit her unexpectedly. At this moments there appeared worries about how she could deal with it in addition to joy of having Mia around again due to her situation being critical now. And upon arrival of Mia there was seen a familiar face full of happiness and relief lighting up Zoe’s face.
