This feels like a very personal and heartfelt letter to someone deeply loved and missed. I especially liked how the memories of their friendship and younger years were woven into the present. There is sadness, but also warmth and gratitude, which makes the ending feel touching. A beautiful tribute to a love and friendship that never truly disappeared.
