CHAPTER I
Tharah was a young girl who had a difficult life. She lived with her stepmother and stepfather, both of whom she called Mom and Dad. They were kind to Tharah and provided for her, but something always felt a little off. Tharah wondered why she couldn't seem to connect to her family in the same way as her friends did with theirs.
As the years passed, Tharah's curiosity grew. She wanted to know why her family seemed so different from those around her. She asked her parents about her past, but they seemed to always avoid her questions. Tharah never gave up and one day she finally decided to take matters into her own hands.
Tharah began searching through her family's things and stumbled across an old photo album. Inside she found pictures of a young girl who looked a lot like her. She showed the pictures to her parents and asked why she had never been told about the girl in the photos.
Her parents finally admitted to Tharah that she was adopted. They had always planned to tell her at the right time, but that time had never seemed to come. Tharah was confused and hurt, but her parents assured her that they had always loved her as if she were their own.
Tharah was relieved to finally have some answers, but she was also filled with a newfound sense of purpose. She wanted to find her biological family and learn more about her past. With the help of her parents and an adoption agency, Tharah was eventually able to locate her birth parents.
