As I feel my body get numb, and head feels a sense of peace and at ease.
I could clearly remember the day when I met Liam.
He was a quiet boy and had a cold aura that made everybody afraid of him. On that day, I had accidentally bumped into the school bully and broken the bully's new iPhone. I apologise and said that I would pay for it. As he laughed, Pay for it? Are you kidding me? Do you think a few dollars would get you a new iPhone? We all know you cannot afford it, scholarship girl. I was ready for him to slap me. Liam came and told the bully to leave me alone. If he didn't want any trouble, and threw money on his face. Is that enough, as he pulled me out of the crowd when we were alone. I said that I would pay him back, but he said it's okay and said that if I want to pay him, then I should help him get his grade up.
And I bluntly said, "No. I cannot help you cheat."
He laughed and said No, dummy, I asked you if you could be my tutor. Oh, well, yes.
As days continued, it was peaceful and the bully didn't bother and I was friends with Liam. But deep down, I know the bully was still looking for revenge that day. Liam's grades improved, and his family decided to move away from the city to another country as his dad got a promotion. Liam was sad but he couldn't do anything about it as his dad is the master of the house. I understand and didn't talk further.
On that day, when Liam was about to move away. I met up with him and had the best day of my life, and said goodbye to him.
After that, the bully started targeting me again, and the bullying got worse and worse every day. I wish my life would end.
But now I feel at ease as my body sunk deeper and deeper into the ocean. My last wish was to meet Liam again.As i closed my eyes.
