Mr. and Mrs. Anderson hold a party as the news of their daughter, Emma getting a call letter from the University of Oxford reaches them. Emma was a promising pupil who had just topped her graduation classes from the University of California. This party attracted many of their friends and relatives. Mr. Michael John, one of the friends of Mr. Anderson arrived at the party with his son, David. When David sees Emma, he fells in love with her at the first sight. David congratulates Emma and Emma expresses her gratitude to him.

David asks Emma about her joining at the University of Oxford. Emma says, "I will be joining the University three months from now." David was inquisitive to know more about Emma, but her friend, Emily comes and Emma joins her. David returns and constantly kept thinking about Emma. He thinks of joining Emma at the University of Oxford. David tells about his plan to his father. Mr. Michael says, " We already have a business booming. Why you suddenly felt the need to go to Oxford?"

David doesn't let his father know about the feelings he has for Emma and says he just wants to study further. His father declines his request. David gets dejected. His father instruct him to join their family business and start coming to the office. David agrees.

David plans to have a meeting with Emma. He calls Mr. Anderson and asks them to come over a dinner. Mr. Anderson arrives with his family. David tries to win their hearts by bragging about his family's history and telling about his plans in joining the legacy of his ancestors. However, his plan backfires as Emma feels awkward.

Emily comes to vist Emma the next day. Emma narrates her about last night's incident. Emily insinuates that David might be in love with her. Emma says, "I don't think so. I just saw a brat who was bragging so much about himself in the name of his family. Anyway, I am looking forward to my further studies at Oxford. I can't wait."

The span of three months elapse and Emma is about to leave for England. David texts Emma on Instagram asking to meet her, but Emma refuses. David gets heartbroken thinking that Emma is upset with him. Emma leaves for England. Emma joins the University of Oxford and studies diligently. It was just the end of first semesters that the news of Mr. Anderson's murder reaches her. Emma was left devastated. She instantly flies back to California. Upon reaching California, Emma finds Mrs. Anderson inconsolable. Emma breaks down subsequently. Cops are at their residence for the inquiry when Mrs. Anderson tells that there was a family feud going between Mr. Anderson and his uncle. She suspects their uncle, Mr. Sam and his son who might have connived for his murder.

Mrs. Anderson whines, " What am I left with? I have been ruined. We were one soul in two bodies. I feel incomplete without him."

Cops assured her of a speedy inspection. Emma decides to drop out of the university. Mrs. Anderson tries to dissuade Emma in her decision but Emma remains steadfast. Emily too tries to convince, but all goes in vain. Emma says, "I am not going anywhere until we discover the truth."

David plans to meet Emily to get some hint about the family feud. They catch up in the downtown next day. Emily says, "Look David, Emma and her mother have been through a lot. I hope that you stand by Emma in these trying times."

David says, "You know how unlucky I have been. I have loved Emma ever since the moment I saw her. I know I messed up things that night, but now I will leave no stone unturned in standing by her side. She is the moon to my sky, sun to my horizon, star to my darkness."

Emily says, "All I know that Mr. Anderson's uncle and his son, Mark had a dispute with Mr. Anderson over some real estate business." David says, " I have some connections in this business. I will try to find out about Mark and his father. The cops are doing their job too."

Emily tells Emma about her meeting with David. Emily says, "David is a amiable person. He was restless when he came to know about what happened with your father. I suggest that you meet him once. You may have misunderstood him due to all what happened that night."

Next day, Emma gets a call from David telling that her father's business has been overtaken by Mr. Sam and his son. They are on the verge on being bankrupt. Emma is left disgusted. David says, "See, Emma. I know how to handle this. I will sue them and challenge them to a legal battle. I will bear all the expense." Emma suggests him to go ahead. David files a case against Mr. Sam and his son.

Omar, a childhood friend of David coincidentally used to worked with Mr. Sam. Mr. Sam used to manhandle Omar while Omar never had an ounce of respect for Mr. Sam. When Omar comes to know about the legal battle between David and Mr. Sam, he rushes to meet David. Omar says, "David, what's happening?" David narrates him the whole scenario. David says, " The cops couldn't do much due to lack of evidences against them." Omar says, "Mr.Sam's days are over. I suspect it was him who could have done this Mr. Anderson. I will try to find more about the incident. He has caused me a lot of trouble." Omar tells Mr. Sam will be heading to Berlin next week for some official work and he will be accompanying him. David says, "I guess he is a hot-headed man. Persuade him into thinking that I will be taking over his business. See how he reacts. If he confess anything, record it on your phone." Omar agrees.

In the meanwhile, Emma starts realising that she is in love with David. Emma calls Emily. Emma says, "I feel that David is doing everything he can for us. I feel in these storms, he is the one who will lead us to a safe shore." Emily tells her that David is restless until he finds the culprit of Mr. Anderson.

Mr. Sam is travelling in a train in Berlin with Omar. Omar starts to execute the plan. He tells Mr. Sam that David is after them and wants to them behind the bars. Mr. Sam smirks, "Omar, I know that he's in love with Mr. Anderson's daughter. He is doing all this to win her heart, but I will avert him from winning his love. The cops are clueless about what happened with Mr. Anderson. You know how perfectly we planned the murder of Mr. Anderson and executed it. David is next on our list. He has been poking his nose."

Omar covertly records all this and sends it to David. David waits for Mr. Sam to return to California. Next morning, David leaves for office in his car. David receives a call from Emma. David wants to confess his love, but the network strength of his cellphone starts shrinking. He gets down from the car to be on the call. As soon as he gets down; there is a huge blast and the car is thrown into flames. David tells Emma that he will revert to her later. Emma calls and Emily and tells what happened with David. Emily says, "Lucky are you to have a love who has given all his body and soul for this. He has endangered his life. I hope he wins this battle for you and your parents."

David suspects that this could be the thing that Mr. Sam was talking about. David heads to the police station straightforward and tells the whole story. He submits the recording which Omar forwarded him. The cops search for Mr. Sam. Mark, who has been in the town informs his father that he can't return as the cops are after him. He tells him to stay back in Germany. Mr. Sam suspects that something is wrong with Omar. Omar comes and confesses that it was him who sent David the recording. Omar calls the cops in Germany and tell him that his game is over. Mr. Sam is extradited to California and is sent to judicial custody along with Mark.

In a span of five months, David wins the legal battle against Mr. Sam and Mrs. Anderson gets back her estate.

David confess his love to Emma. David says, " The most beautiful destination this heart ever travelled to was you."

Emma happily accepts his proposal.
