A man standing at the corner of the museum couldn't stop staring at a painting, it was his own artwork. He looked at it with eyes that seem to see more than what others can see. That painting meant a lot for him, not only because he painted it but because that painting reminds him of the person that inspired him to showcase his talent. It was his late best friend who died a long time ago.

"Don't waste the ability you've been given.

That's the only thing that will help you succeed." He remembered what she had said when they were young, staring at his works with a smile on her face despite of the innocence in her eyes.

"How? Will this make me rich? Will I have a lot of money?" He asked innocently while staring into her cute, round eyes. She smiled genuinely.

"It can give you more." Her voice is genuine, and she held his hand with hers as if it could make a light magic. "Not just money. Not for richness. With this hand, you can also achieve everything you want. And I, your very good friend, will help you achieve it until the end. You have me."

That's her last words. The next day, he lost her. She left him. . . forever.

A bitter smile suddenly crept into his face. While looking at the painting, he remembered all the memories about the special moments he shared with his best friend.

Those times they did all sort of fun activities like harvesting their favorite fruits, and playing in the yard have now become a memory he'll never forget. He never thought that those usual things they did - walking and laughing, will be the most special, yet the most painful memories.

It's been years but the pain of losing his favorite and most trusted person is still haunting him.

His best friend was the one who really pushed him to pursue his dreams and to continue doing what he loves; painting. Being able to showcase his talent is both their dreams. Their oath to reached.

This is why after his friend's death, he lost the will to continue the journey towards his dreams. The fact that she is no longer there to achieve the dream they both hoped for was very painful for him. He was dying deep inside, the pain was slowly killing him.

He already decided to let go of his passion for painting but his best friend couldn't seem to accept it. She showed up in his dream one night and said, "Don't give up just yet. You have me, " were the words uttered by her. Those smile, it's so familiar. The same smile she wears as she said those words once again.

"H-how? How can I start? Tell me, h-how can I live with this?without you? When you're gone already? You said you'd help me achieve it. You said you're with me?" Tears started streaming down his face. He's crying. Crying for someone he had lost. For someone he had missed for so long.

"I am here. I am always here by your side. I didn't left you fully, I have never been because?" Then, she placed her hand on his chest, were the heart was positioned. "I'm right here. Always guiding you. Always be with you." He stopped sobbing and looked at her hand resting on his chest.

"It's not too late. Finish what we have started with this hand." From his chest, her hand moved and held his hand the way he did before. "I'll guide you in every step of the way. I'll always be."

Suddenly, he had the eagerness to paint again. He was just painting continuosly without realizing that he already painted the most memorable moment with his best friend. In the painting, Two close friends were happily sitting on the branch of a large tree, peacefully overlooking the beautiful scenery.

It will probably be last painting. He's happy now because he was able to make an artwork with the memory of her that he will forever cherish. She died but she never left him. He was never alone, she guided him all throughout the journey and she will forever stay in his heart forever.
