Once Upon a time, there lived a couple Mr. and Mrs. Grease. Emily was a kind and beautiful woman who has been married to James Grease. Whereas James was a stubborn and annoyed man. As there was a difference in their nature, they usually used to have fights with each other. Due to calm and obeying nature, Emily used to forgive his husband and always keep trying to change him. She never gave up on him. James never understands his wife and always quarrel with her for silly reasons. Eight years have passed since after their marriage. Due to some kind of disease in Emily, she could never give birth to young ones. So, she decided to adopt a child from the Orphanage but afraid of saying her opinion to his husband James. Finally, she made up her mind and told him about adopting a kid. James was not happy about her opinion to have the clan someone which is not from him his blood. He even didn’t want to marry another woman. Emily was glad about it because due to that reason she can be sure that his husband loves him. Since he doesn’t have any option, he discreetly agrees to adopt a kid.
Both of them went to the Orphanage and brought a boy who was 10 years old. They named him Jack. Jack doesn’t know about his parents, and he always remain calm thinking of something in his mind. He has no friends in the orphanage he always spends his time just by himself and nothing else. Emily thinks of his loneliness and adopts him for that reason. At first Jack used to scare because of his father and doesn’t speak more. After few days due to the care and concern towards him he started changing gradually. He speaks and share his emotions with his mother and play with her. They together spend time very well and become close to each other. James could not bear their action he now starts getting irritated easily towards Emily and his son, he used to beat his son for minor reasons.
Days passed by, one day James drank malt and came to house, without a reason he started beating his wife and son. The dispute between them gone big. During the fight Emily slipped and fell down on the sharp edge of glass. James and Jack tried to save Emily but there is no use she was dead. James has no idea what he has done he couldn’t forgive himself for his behavior. The neighbors informed to the police about the incident. The policeman came and arrested James. Jack was standing there watching his mother without having any movement in his body. The policeman says to jack that his father is going to spend 20 years in the jail.
After 20 Years:
Jack was a fine young man now he graduated with high score and his goal was to become a scientist. His dream was to invent a time machine so that he could go to his mother Emily back and spend together with her again. He always spends time to invent a time machine in his laboratory. He doesn’t care about anything else. He even didn’t care about his father release from the jail. James was then 50-year-old man. He realized his mistakes of his unforgivable behavior towards his wife and son. He realized how much love and care she has given to him. After his release from the jail, he was excepting his son would be there, but no one came. He smiles at his fate and think in his mind that “The only person who wait for me is my wife she is the only person who accepted me”. Thinking that he goes to his house to watch his son. Jack was totally busy in inventing the machine. When James called him there is no response from him. James watched his son secretly from a distance and admiring him to see such a fine young man and wondering how big he has grown. He thought that jack was still angry with him and leaves the place silently.
James always used to come home and watched his son from a quite distance so that he wouldn’t notice. He wonders what his son doing on that machine as he spends all the time with it. One day Jack was not present in his laboratory. James was looking for him all over the place, but he couldn’t find him. So, he went to the home and started looking at his son works. There was a huge machine with lots of cables and mechanical parts. He wonders what it could be. There was lot of waste material lying on the floor, so he thought of cleaning it. During that process he accidently fell on the power switch which gives power to the machine. The machine was on, and he saw a visual through the machine it felt like a new world to him. He didn’t think of anything else and just went through the machine without knowing that it is a time machine.
When he went through the machine, he felt dizzy and was unconscious for some period of time. When he wakes up, he thought it was some kind of dream. He felt that his body was so light, when he observed himself, he was a fine young boy. He was shocked that how he could become young. He was now like 10 years old kid. He was amazed to see himself. He thought it was some kind of dream and started walking to observe his surroundings. When he began to walk, he saw a man who was shouting at a woman. After few seconds he came to know that the person who was shouting is his future himself. He was so happy to see his wife alive. He also came to realize that he came back to past through the machine. He thought that God gave him another chance to correct his mistake. He couldn’t even believe what’s happening to him, but he was so happy to see his wife and decided to go according to the flow of life.
James wants to be close to his wife since he was a kid his wife doesn’t know who he is, so he thought himself that he needs to take care of her and want to keep her happy despite of his age. He remembered that James was shouting and beating his wife because he doesn’t have kids. So, James thought that he can be a kid to them so that to make his wife happy, he doesn’t even think whether it is right or wrong he just wants to be aside to her and wish a happy life to her. James went to the orphanage and stayed there for weeks. He daily went to look Emily and watch her. Emily notices the boy that he was observing her daily. She wonders why? James the young boy used to follow her daily and help her in carrying vegetables, things etc. Emily felt happy for the boy. She doesn’t know why but she feels that there is some strange connection between the boy and herself. After few days Emily thinks of him as an own child and accepts him as a god gift. She wants to adopt him and wanted to give a beautiful life. She told her opinion to her husband James. At first, he was angry about the situation and accepted it later. They named him as Jack. The young James now realizes that the kid who she bought that day was he himself. He deeply felt bad about his behavior for not accepting his own self. He was truly amazed that the one who thought about his son all the time is also himself. Which means the person who invented the time machine is his own self. He thought of Emily as his mother and respected her very well. The young James omitted his past life and stared a new life of being a good son to his mother.
In Present:
Jack at present who was a scientist came back to his room to test the time machine he invented. Jack alias James wants to go to past Where Emily was a kid and give her the love which she had been offering all the years. He wants to show his love to Emily not as a wife not as a mother but as her father because when James was a kid to his mother Emily, she told him that her father raised her like no one else in the world. He was totally her world to Emily. They played together, laughed together and taught her not to break any relationship for any reason because a relationship is not just staying with others together it's about the feelings and thoughts that they share together and face each up and downs in the life. So, jack decided to go to her past and stay as his father in order to complete the cycle of life he started. He went to the past where Emily was still a kid. Jack saw her playing on the ground. Emily fell down while she was running and crying because of the pain. Emily's parents had died in the accident, so she was living with her relatives. Jack went to her and washed her wound tied a knot around her leg. She stopped crying and smiled at him with cute smile. Jack adopted her and stayed with her taking care of her.
