Once upon a time in an old Japanese city of Moorim lived an old woman with a very precious rare gem .Her precious gem was happiness.
The old woman was famously known as Lady Wu Zu .She was a loner who seemed always happy.She lived near a big forest and despite being old she had a happy life for many years.
This made everyone curious about how she managed to stay happy all this years.So they sent a letter to her house and asked to meet her . Despite her busy schedule, Lady Wu Zu opened her house and invited them all in.Oneby one they started asking questions " Why are you always happy.asked a boy staring directly into her eyes.
If you have a treasure wouldn't you want to protect it at all costs.
yes replied the young boy.Happiness comes from within.Noone will make you happy like you do for yourself.I have a treasure and I chose to be happy and not let outside energy affect my happiness.Im happy and appreciate everything no matter how big or small.That is my blessing.And because I am happy I share my happiness with you all but put boundaries so that my happiness is not disturbed, lost or interrupted in any way.

I am not alone.I am with myself.I take myself out, I plant my trees and tend to my birds .I listen to birds humming everyday. Dear child if you are not happy alone, you won't be even if there is the whole world.Learn to be happy alone and share it with others.The world needs more happy people.
