"Aka!" Said Richard after finally hitting his target. "Let's go get it." He then told me. Since I was not that good in archery, I hadn't yet found something to aim at.
As we were on the move of getting our package, the hit creature stood, removed the arrow from its body and started chasing after us. "Run for your life!" He shouted at me.
We both ran through the dark forest with tall buttress-rooted trees. We had gone for a hunting night without permission.
That figure ran speedy after us. Soon, my brother turned right and disappeared into the dark. I was then left alone running towards nowhere. Few yards ahead, I saw a tiled path.
I jumped, it jumped. It was about half past zero. It indeed was a perfect night for a murder. The moon shone dully through the hazy sky and the ineffective street lights only made the evening more eerie.
The menacing figure closing on me was more than twice my size. I dashed across a yard, maneuvered cleverly between a house and a truck. I now came across an intersection of an alley.
Luckily, the trashman had collected all the litter in the trashcan. I dived into a fairly good sized can. I was panting heavily. My lungs felt as if they would burst. My legs could hardly answer my urging.
Being too lazy to run and too dazed to think, I knew that the chase had ended. But suddenly;
I couldn't see through my watery eyes but could only feel her big hands, one on each shoulder, lift me up and carry me to my doom. I tried to scream but my voice wasn't projecting.
I hadn't seen her face. She was a woman. She carried me on her fatty left shoulder.
I vigoured on with my legs scissoring the air. She walked afar distance then turned countless corners of the city. She finally reached her destination.
She opened the door and threw me in a Halloween abandoned house . I knew she was one of those victims of madness who sniffed glue in the slums.
She then took a Captain Morgan glass bottle, broke it into pieces and took a sharp large sized piece. She then laughed loudly to the air and started cutting my shirt. My brother was nowhere to be found. I knew it was doomsday.
"Am not going to repeat myself, get up and prepare yourself!" My mom's voice pierced through my eardrum and woke me up. I sat vertically on my bed, all sweaty and panting like an old Fuso truck on repair.
Right at that moment, my dad yanked open the door and started untying his belt. He was a no nonscence man. I jumped out of bed and found myself in the bathroom. I didn't have time to review the dream I just had.I dived into the bathtub and started preparing for a beautiful day!
