Todd is a person whom anyone would deem to be arrogant. Whenever he is out with his friends at a restaurant, he would always ignore their opinions, saying, "No, bro, your taste in food is not up to standard. You should order the grilled steak with rice, corn and green beans and roasted honey and barbecue sauce." And they would end up arguing, with no one wanting to dine with him. When he asks out a woman whom he just knew and she says, "We should get to know each other first", he would always retort, "No, we shouldn't. That's the worst opinion ever. We should get married and start a family right away." The woman walked away, unable to communicate with him, and Todd would end up wondering why he was unable to get a girlfriend. It did not occur to him that it was due to his arrogance.
Not only that, Todd behaved in a similarly arrogant manner with other people. When they tell him about their favorite vacation spot, he would always laugh it off and say, "Your vacation is boring. You should have gone to Antarctica. That's where all the ice and penguins live." At home, he even talks back to his parents. When they were watching their favorite show, he would take the remote control switch the channel without asking and say, "Why are you guys watching that boring show? You guys should watch this. It's the best show ever." This is despite the show he mentioned being inappropriate.
At the parking lot, when he sees someone driving a car which he did not like, he would, he would shout at them, saying, "Hey, your car is ugly. You should get a better-looking car."
One day, he met a billionaire who is driving a Ferrari. Feeling inspired, he approached the billionaire, asking, "Wow, Sir. Teach me how to be rich like you." The billionaire replied, "Never think that you're better than everyone else." Hearing this, Todd became angry.
"What do you mean?" he asked angrily. "My opinions are always better than everyone else. You're a fake billionaire because that's the worst advice I've ever heard." Then he walked off in a huff.
A year later, Todd was sentenced to 5 years in prison as he committed a bank robbery, believing that his opinion of robbing a bank would make him rich. There, he was frequently subject to abuse by inmates because he always thinks he is better than everyone else. There, he is left alone to deal with the consequences of his arrogance.
