Once upon a time , in Germany their was a boy took birth . And he contributed to society the gift of sequence and series . In India a 3 year child did not know his or her father - mother properly and he correct his father a calculation mistake at age of three. Although he was born in a poor family but goes to school. once in last period of school all student were making noise , teacher asked to stop but they were of 6-7 years so they will do it again . so teacher thought of an idea .He said at a loud pitch " students i have a task for you all and that is tell me the sum of all natural numbers from 1 to 100 " . after telling the students started the calculation and teacher thought that they will all do like first take sum of first ten numbers ,then other ten , then other ten and so on and finally add the all which would take 30-35 minutes . And the children also did this ,and as they are small small kid so how fast their calculation speed would be , you all know . but that boy we talked above ,came to the teacher in a minute . Teacher said yes child . He said done . Teacher though that is making fun and slapped him and asked him to go back and do it again . he goes back and again came in a minute . Teacher done he said . teacher again lapped him and said go back . He again came in 2 minutes and said done sir . Teacher yes now what you want . tell me the answer tell .He said 5050 . what said teacher . Teacher got angry and slapped 3-4 times . Now he got angry and goes to principal and told all the happenings . Principal asked the question and said ok what is the answer . he said 5050 . principal said let me check and principal was a great math's master , he took 25 minutes to solve and the answer was 5050 . He was shocked . He asked how do you did this in a minute .He replied it is simple i made pairs . How principal said . I added 1 and 100 and got answer 101 .So did with 2 and 99 and so on and got 50 pairs of 101 . Then i multiplied 50 with 101 and got 5050 . The principal was shocked that such a small child has done a wonder . He asked him to call his teacher . And as teacher came he asked that have you beaten him . He said yes .Principal asked why . He said he is pranking me and saying answer is 5050 . Principal asked do you know the answer . He said just a minute . And teacher took 30-35 minute to do the sum and said with shame that answer is 5050 . He apologized and gave the child a chocolate and he goes back home as the time is over . Now the principal and teacher think over the method of making pairs . And next a paper sent to all the great mathematicians and all the other asking if anyone knows the method of pairing and response was NO . Then the worlds great mathematicians think over it and the main part of today's math 'sequence and series' took birth . Just because of a 6 year old boy nick named GAUSSE we got a important part of our daily life . That's why we shall understand and listen than coping other .
