Ghostly memories of the past often cover us like a tsunami. It is unknown what and how and from where, we are torn from reality and immersed in past sensations and familiar smells and colours and sounds and emotions.
Fingering the strings of everything that carried at least some emotions and feelings. Faces, words, movements, thoughts and internal dialogues, as if plunging us into the abyss of something that has outlived itself and no longer exists anywhere except our own consciousness, in neural cells, at the DNA level.
So why are we ready to replay and dwell on things that have sunk into oblivion again and again? Whether it be unpleasant situations or happy moments?
our thinking is not ready to let in the new, going over the past a second time and repeatedly, succumbing to the influence of our obsessive thoughts, in search of an answer and the best solutions to a particular situation.
What if what was experienced was given to us for the reason that we would live through this experience with these inputs, not in order to try to bypass it, but specifically with the goal of feeling and understanding ourselves?
And as if tasting this situation, savoring every shade of our experiences and spectrum of emotions, accepting them in their pure, original form, it promotes growth, not the situation itself... but thoughts and a set of insights. And the acceptance itself, of it.
Yes! Acceptance... acceptance of mistakes. Accepting mistakes and imperfections in yourself, because it is imperfection that gives us the impetus for transformation, the spark and motivation to fix everything, to try again, to give yourself another chance, but with a different vision.
And finally, we let go of everything. No, not to chance, but entrusting ourselves to our instincts, our intuition, our potential. Agreeing to a voluntary experience of receiving and the most difficult with maximum resistance and a lucky coincidence of circumstances. After all, the fact that it is difficult is only the perception of everything external that is not consistent with our intended plan. But it is impossible to calculate all the circumstances and there is a percentage of uncertainty, which we consider accidents. But suddenly these accidents ... This is a turn in the direction where we need to be .... Move on.
