Once upon a time, in a small village on the outskirts of a bustling city, there lived a young boy named Rohan. Rohan was the eldest of three siblings and his family was very poor. His father was a daily wage laborer and his mother worked as a domestic help.
Rohan had to drop out of school when he was only 10 years old to help his family earn a living. He started working in a factory that produced toys for children. The factory was located in the city and Rohan had to travel there every day by bus.
Rohan's job was to paint the toys with bright colors. He worked long hours, from early morning till late at night, for very little pay. The factory was dirty and poorly ventilated, and Rohan often felt sick from the fumes of the paint.
Despite the harsh conditions, Rohan was determined to keep working. He knew that his family needed the money and he wanted to help them as much as he could. He also dreamed of one day being able to go back to school and get an education.
Years went by and Rohan grew up to be a hardworking young man. He saved every penny he earned and eventually, he was able to save enough money to open his own small toy factory.
Rohan's factory was different from the one he had worked in as a child. He made sure that the working conditions were safe and comfortable for his employees, and he paid them a fair wage. He also made sure that they had access to education and training opportunities.
Rohan's factory became very successful and he was able to provide a good life for his family. He was also able to give back to his community by creating jobs and supporting local businesses.
And although he never got the chance to finish his own education, Rohan made sure that his own children had the opportunity to go to school and get an education. He was determined that they would not have to face the same struggles he had faced as a child worker.
