"The town isn't safe anymore. The number of dead bodies to be found is increasing day by day. Civilians now must find a way to save themselves from being the next line....", (Bella switches off the TV), "huh!", she sighs with disappointment. Since she has moved to the town, she has been hearing nothing but sound of the police and the ambulance sirens.
(Bella was a 25 year old detective who has been solving mysteries since past 5 years. Her expertise was well known and appreciated throughout the country).
The present case was the next to be solved by Bella and her fiance David. They both were life partners as well as mysteries solvers.
Bella started packing all her required stuff to go out and find the killer. "Snacks, pepper spray, extra shirt....hmm... What else is left??
Ahan! A call to David!", Bella spoke to herself. The next hour, Bella and David were on the road to the bridge where the killer would leave the dead bodies. When they came near the bridge, Bella suddenly felt unconscious and the when Bella opened her eyes, she was in the hospital.
P.s. Bella, since she had moved to the town, would find herself sleeping on the sofa or some unusual spots like the bench in the park, without remembering how did she end up there.
After a few hours, she was discharged from the hospital. She still was dedicated to solve the mystery. Bella and David went to Bella's house so she could rest for at least one day.
The next day, Bella woke up to the sirens of the police cars. She peaked outside the window when she heard, "freeze! Hands up, and turn around!". David stood there with a gun in his hands. Bella was in a complete shock. "Ho..how..how could you..", David interrupted Bella:"relax girl! I was just trying to prank you. I'm only here to pick you up so we can help the police".
This time, they both went to the new victim's house. When they entered the house, David first and then Bella were attacked and they both woke up in the hospital. This time, David gave up the mystery denying to risk his life again. Bella thought the opposite. Bella still somehow convinced David to help her for the last time. David and Bella for the next few days lived in a hut in forest. David went out to buy something to eat. On his way back, he saw Bella missing. He immediately thought of going to the bridge.
There, on the bridge, stood Bella with a knife in her hand covered with blood and a dead body. For a second David couldn't figure out what was happening. "Sorr-sorry David. I wasn't the best for sure. I cannot help anyone nor help myself fight this freaking diagnosis. It was a multiple personality disorder. That was the reason she would often couldn't remember a lot of stuff. The time when they entered the victim's house, Bella saw an evidence there. So, she hit David from behind and cut her herself.
"How could you Bella!! I trusted you with my life. You were my everything." David spoke with regret.
"I'm sorry David", saying this, Bella jumped off the bridge and after that David lived his life all alone with a life lasting trauma.
