Chapter 2
( on their way to the restaurant, a car bumped into theirs , a tiny girl came out of the car fuming)
"Hey" she shouted as she walk fastly to Nick's car ,from the way she walks it is obvious that she has a little bit of thug trait
" Hey come out" she repeated as she bang the window of the car
( Xavier came out of the car looking surprised)
" Can't you see u bumped into my car or are you blind "she said still fuming
" I should be asking you that instead ,you bumped into our car and you rushed out of your car fuming like an overused engine " Xavier said
" What did u just say , it's obvious you are stupid , you won't leave this place untill u pay for the damages you made" she said
" Let's go" nick said from inside the car
" Says who" she said as she went to meet nick at the back of the car
Nick look at her coldly but the girl didn't shiver ,she was looking straight into his eyes like a lion ready to attack it's prey
Nick was suprised ,that was the first time a someone would look at him that way ,not even a boy a girl for that matter but it didn't show on his face .
Xavier got into the car and started the engine but what was more surprising is the fact that girl stood in front of their car unmoving.
" Move an inch and I will call the police " she said
" Sir this girl is wasting much of our time "Xavier said
" Give her $500 dollars and get the hell out of here " nick said and Xavier throw some bundle of money to the girl .
( At the restaurant, all other customers were sent out while he booked the restuarant to have quality time with his brother)
" We will have fried rice with chicken" Xavier said to the waiter
" Ok sir" Lili said .
After serving the meal , a tiny girl find her way into the restaurant shouting her best friend name
" Lili,Lili , Lili " she shouted ,it turned out to be the same girl that hit her car with Nick's
" Stop shouting caro we got a vip " Lili said
"Oooh ,is that the reason why the restaurant is scanty " caro asked
" Yes ,what is this in your hand" Lili asked
" Lili my friend ,I caught a big fish today ,one lunatic bumped into my car and gave me $ 500 dollar to repair it " caro said
" Wow ,a blessing in disguise is it" she added and they both shouted in joy .
Nicklaus and Xavier were looking at the both of them all the time and was amazed
The girls notice a sharp gaze looking at them and turn their head towards the Gregs
" I am very sorry sir" Lili apologizes while caro watches her ,she was suprised to meet the same guy again
Nick looked at her with disdain while she also look at him without fearing him
" Is she not suppose to apologize to him with her friend " he thought as she saw her staring at him nonchalantly
" Is this how you treat your customers" he asked
" I want to see the owner of this restaurant now " he ordered coldly
Lilian almost fell down ,she knew she was doomed , caro was suprised
" Was he always like this ,so cold" she said as she stared at the both of them
In less than 30 seconds ,mrs white ,the owner of the restaurant was before nick
" Fire her " nick ordered and left the restaurant
Mrs White dare not disobey him or he would close down the shop in less than 30 seconds . Lilian couldn't help but to cry ,caro was dazed
" Who is he " she thought
Caro hurriedly head to Mrs White office
" Good afternoon ma , are u really going to fire her " she asked
" That was the order given " she replied
" The last time I checked you are the owner of this restaurant " caro said
" And that is the reason why I won't allow a nobody to ruin my business , please leave my office" Mrs White said and continued with her work
Caro scoffed and left her office ,she went downstairs only to meet her best friend crying helplessly
"Am so sorry " she apologizes
" What do I do " Lili asked amidst tears
" I promise I will get you your job back " she assured her Friend but couldn't help but feel disgust for that man
" Only God know who he is ,even if he is influential does he have to show his power like this " she thought while comforting her friend
" I will find out who he his and get your job back for you" she reassured"
