Lily is a kind and lovely girl. She is born in poor family. Lily see a dress shop on her way to home from school everyday. It is full of girls beautiful dresses like princess dresses, party dresses, flower dresses and fairy dresses. One day, lily noticed a beautiful pink fairy dress through the glass window.

"Wow amazing",only these words came out from her mouth and she sticked to the window and look at the dress. She started to imagining wearing that dress and be a fairy which is flying over the oceans, waterfalls, mountains filled with flowers and breeze in the sky.

"Beep Beep", suddenly a car honk and break her imagination. She keeps walking on her way to home thinking about the dress. She told her mother about the dress. "Mama, can you buy me that dress?" Her mother looked at lily and replied "Lily", "we do not have enough money to buy that dress, It would be so expensive". Listening that Lily's excited eyes turned into sadness.

It also breaks Lily's mother's heart. So she promised to Lily buy the dress after they collect enough money from working. It makes Lily to jump." yeah", "thank you mama". Now, everyday Lily stop and look at the dress through the window. Once she reaches at home, she always ask her mother about money. Her Mother always replied, "not yet".

Few weeks has passed. One day when Lily stops to have a look at dress, she see that dress wasn't hanging there anymore. She looks through all the dresses but she can't see the pink Fairy dress. She gets sad thinking that dress has been sold. "My dress is gone", she starts crying on her way.

She reaches the home crying. "Mama, someone bought my pink Fairy dress", "you can't buy me a dress because we are poor". "I wish, I was a rich". Lily, "do not cry and say these things","you don't know how hard your parents work to make money", "so we can feed you and send you to school". "People can born poor but they can't born unlucky," "if they work hard they can change their life Lily", mother replied.

Lily listens and looks at her mother. Her hands were dry and her face was pale and thin her hair was messy and start growing grey. She realized, how hard her parents work to make money and she is only caring about a dress. "I'm sorry mama", I don't want any dress, I only love my parents". She hugs her mother. Lily's father came back from work and asked what happened. "Dad, I don't want that dress anymore".

Lily goes to her room and gets surprised. "What!!!", she sees that pink fairy dress was lying on her bed. Her mother told her, they earned enough money to buy the dress. She wanted to give her surprise. Lily's eyes filled with tears and she hugged her parents, "Thank you so much mama and dad, I love you".
