Jenni thought it would be an ordinary day in Hollows Creek. Between a late appointment, a rude encounter at the shopping centre, and dinner plans with her fiancé, the last thing she expected was to find herself caught in something terrifying. It starts with a smell—a horrible stench like a dying corpse. Then she sees people who look almost normal, but something about them isn't quite right. When Jenni and her Uber driver, Jessica, witness a disturbing scene unfold near a paddock, they soon realise something far more sinister is happening. The people around them are changing, and whatever is happening seems to be spreading. As the sun sets and the smell grows stronger, Jenni begins to wonder if anyone is truly safe.
