Before the dawn of time, war raged between the elves. The world was in ruins, and darkness engulfed the earth. Buildings burned, bodies rotting and bloodied, skulls on pikes, explosions destroying buildings with innocent civilians inside, and millions of soldiers fighting and killing the enemy. The king of the high ofs was killing enemy soldiers when he saw here. The general of the wood elves was the most beautiful woman he ever saw. Her hair a soft silky blonde, flowing like water in a river as she took off her helmet and shook her head. Her face of soft, all of skin with her features finally chiseled. Her eyes as blue as the sea, and holds a spark. Her eyes reveal a soft loving look that shows she is loyal to a lover. Her lips soft like a mother tending to a baby. He slowly walks towards her and says, "general? I will retreat my soldiers, rather you can retreat as well, and I'll sign the treaty, or you can follow and continue the war." The general says, "how do I know you aren't lying King mordock?" Mordock gets on his knees, and rest his head on a rock and says, "because I rest my life in your hands." The general says, "get up! I won't allow you to die!" Mordock doesn't budge, but grabs a white flag and lifts it. He shouts, "soldiers! Stop fighting!" The soldiers see the flag and drop their weapons. The general has her soldiers return home, and then ask the king, "if you will tell me, I want to ask something. What made you give up and retreat your soldiers?" Mordock says, "I can't tell you, since my luck is that the queen will order a public death of me." The general ask, "what does death have to do with it?" Mordock grows weak from an injury here obtained, and falls to the ground. He coughs, and up comes blood. The general rush is over, but as she reaches him, he stands up and says in a gruff manner, "I'm fine Evelyn. Just bring me to the queen." Evelyn argues, "I can't allow you to continue like this if you or entry is as bad as it seems. Let me look." Mordock says, "no! I will not allow you to look." Evelyn says, "why won't you let me look!? Are you wanting to die?" Mordock says, "it's better that way if I did die." Evelyn says angrily, "how would it be better?" mordock says, "because then the king that caused this damage will no longer be able to cause the damage." Evelyn shouts, "what about those who loves you!?" Mordock says just above a whisper, "I don't have anyone who does. My family ditched me as soon as I hit 18, and nobody ever loved me. "Evelyn says confidently, "that's where you're wrong! I'm sure there's multiple, and if not then at least one person who does!" Mordock's eyes slowly close. Evelyn rushes over screaming no, and with his last breath, he says, "don't forget me." Evelyn cries and tries to use spare the dying, eventually mordock opens his eyes and says, "am I dead?" Evelyn chuckles happy he's awake and throws her arms around him. Mordock is confused and asks, "what are you doing? Get off!" He tries to pry her off, and she gets off and says, "sorry. I shouldn't have done that." Mordock says, "it's fine, but why were you hugging me?" Evelyn not wanting to admit it says, "sorry, it was just an accident. I promise it won't happen again." Mordock says, "it better!" Evelyn says, "I truly a- Wait, you don't mean... You're not mad?" Morock says, "of course not. Now let's go get that treaty signed." The two head to the castle. 20 minutes later... "You are sentenced to public death!" The queen says. Evelyn steps up and says, "no he will not! He saved my life. I took my helmet off, and he came up to me. Instead of killing me right then and there, he stood guard and protected me. After I put the helmet back on, he laid his life in my hands. Even after that, he was willing to die by not informing me about a fatal injury he obtained in combat. Lastly, he came to me mid-Combat, and asked to be brought to you to sign the treaty. If you kill him even after this, you are asking the war to continue and this would cause hatred throughout the kingdom. Are you seriously willing to risk that over one man?" The queen turns to mordock and asks, "is this true?" Mordoc nods and says, "yes your majesty, it is true." The queen says, "get this man a room, and don't forget that he's to be treated with respect." The Butler leads him to a bedroom with a king size bed, and leaves him. Evelyn finds him and asks, "are you getting comfortable?" Mordock doesn't speak or move. Evelyn starts panicking and rushes to a side. "Mordock! Please be okay. Please..." Evelyn starts crying, and when a tear lands on his chest the tear starts glowing. Mordock slowly opens his eyes, and looks into her eyes, "Evelyn?" Evelyn smiles and hugs him, "oh, thank God." The two Go to the queen and get this treaty signed. After that, they asked the queen to get married. The queen nods and throws a wedding for them, and they live happily ever after.
