"Friendship, Jealousy, and the Power of Giving"

This is a powerful tale of two best friends — Abhi and Akash — whose journey explores friendship, jealousy, success, and the deeper meaning of true wealth. When business success creates a rift between them, jealousy drives one friend to sabotage the other. But instead of seeking revenge, the other chooses kindness and generosity. What follows is a transformation — where giving becomes the path to inner peace, joy, and a life of purpose. This story beautifully teaches that ego fades when we give, and true success lies not in how much we earn, but in how much we share.

Abhi and Akash were best friends. Together, they started a business. Eventually, they sold it. Since Abhi had a larger share, he took a bigger portion of the profit, while Akash had a smaller share and got less.

They each started their own separate businesses. Years passed, and surprisingly, Akash - the one with the smaller share - built an extremely successful business and earned a lot of money.

Abhi couldn't digest this. Jealousy took root in his heart. Blinded by envy, he tried every possible way to sabotage Akash's success - through conspiracies, manipulation, and bad-mouthing.

When Akash found out about this, he didn't get angry. Instead, he went to Abhi and gave him a large sum of money, saying:

"Invest this in your business. I want you to become even more successful than me."

Abhi was shocked but took the money and started working on his business again.

Years later, Abhi did become more successful - even richer than Akash. One day, he visited Akash's home and brought back the money Akash had given him - along with extra, to show gratitude.

But Akash refused to take it.

Instead, he said:

"Divide this money into 100 parts. Every day, take one part and give it to someone who truly needs it."

Abhi followed this advice. Every single day, he gave a portion of that money to someone in need.

After 50 days, something changed.

His heart began to feel lighter. He was at peace. He felt no stress, even while working. And the joy of giving grew stronger. Eventually, he didn't stop at 100 - he continued giving every day, for the rest of his life.

One day, he asked Akash:

"What happened to me? Why do I feel so different?"

Akash replied:

> "Earning money often builds ego - we start thinking we're smarter, better, superior.

But the truth is, this wealth is a result of our good deeds from the past.

When we give - even a little - every day, it melts our ego. Compassion awakens. Faith deepens.

And that giving turns into virtue.

That's the real wealth."

The Lesson:

Jealousy comes from a narrow heart. A kind soul never truly loses.

The one who gives, is the one who truly wins in life.
