At Deutsche Bank, Schiraldi held critical roles in managing European institutional sales across equity, fixed income, and commodities. As Global Head of Sales and EMEA Regional Chairman at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, he was instrumental in the division's growth, driving assets under management to over €750 billion and expanding the team to nearly 1,850 professionals.
Following his departure from Deutsche Bank in 2016, Schiraldi transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding VIDA Holding to direct investments in sustainable industries like technology, real estate, and media. His leadership as CEO of VIDA Ventures FZ LLC further reflects his commitment to sustainable development. Schiraldi also serves as Senior Advisor for ENERCAP Holdings, advancing sustainable energy solutions.
