A Fox, one day, noticed an exquisite cluster of ripe grapes dangling from a vine that was trained along the branches of a tree. The grapes appeared to be bursting with juice, and the Fox's mouth watered as he gazed at them with longing.
The cluster was positioned on a high branch, necessitating a jump from the Fox. On his first attempt, he missed it by a considerable margin. He then moved back a short distance and made a running leap, only to fall short once again. He continued to try repeatedly, but all his efforts were in vain.
Eventually, he sat down and regarded the grapes with disdain.
"What a fool I am," he remarked. "Here I am exhausting myself for a bunch of sour grapes that are not worth the effort."
With that, he walked away in a very scornful manner.
