In a quiet village, a boy named Aran lived with a caged songbird, his only companion after his parents passed away. Every dawn, the bird sang a melody so beautiful it seemed to mend Aran's broken heart. He promised the bird, “One day, I’ll set you free.”
Years passed, and the bird grew weaker. One cold morning, Aran opened the cage and whispered, "Fly, my friend. Be free." The bird fluttered onto his hand, sang its sweetest song, and fell silent forever.
Aran wept, realizing freedom had come too late. The cage, once full of life, now held only echoes of what could have been.
