Stories titled Tales from a Mermaids Diary are stories about my island lifestyle days as a professional scuba diver and marine scientist. In 20 years, I accomplished over 14,000 dives. 

Stories titled Lady Dragon Rider are thoughts and experiences on land the past 25 years, from the perspective of a person who never had much to do with people, and who rides solo on her motorcycle around back roads of the Appalachian Mountains.
