It does not take Joe long to learn that Molly's husband is an Army Soldier away in Iraq and that she is all alone on the ranch. Molly's peaceful ranch life is about to be turned upside down. Will she give in to fear? Will her unforgiving heart interfere with her desire to live? Or will she delve into her own darkness to survive?

I wanted to write about something which has become too common nowadays that it does not shock or unnerve us anymore. Especially in colleges, there are too many students who go through this kind of horrific experience but have no proper forum to get guidance or make them feel safe enough to tell their story. So, my story is about how sexual abuse has casually morphed into forms we don't recognize and has entwined itself into our lives as a constant form of fear.Â
