Childhood love story of Ruby & Alex <3

The chipped blue slide was their throne, Evergreen Park their kingdom. Five-year-old Ruby, a fearless leader with fiery red hair, led the charge. Alex, her brown-haired shadow, echoed her laughter. Scraped knees met with sticky Band-Aids, secrets whispered beneath the ancient oak. Dreams of space travel filled their heads, a universe built for two. But somewhere between Pokemon cards and trading stories for video games, their paths diverged. New constellations of giggling girls orbited Alex, leaving Ruby adrift in her own world. The park, once a stage for their adventures, became a museum of forgotten memories. The echo of laughter lingered in the summer breeze, a bittersweet reminder of a love story lost to time.
