Commentator: A 22-year-old girl commits suicide.

The police said, "The victim and the offender have met through a dating company named, 'Amor Dating Company'. Since they met, The victim often went to the Love psychologist: Cupid, in the same company for counselling as she has been facing a lot of troubles in her love life.

The police claim to arrest the man behind this and has been sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment for physical abuse and stalking as mentioned in the suicide note which has been confirmed later by the offender in the interrogation.

*6 Months Later*

*Amor Dating Company*

*Chattering*

"Hey, Did you know? Our director has been changed to another person."

"Yeah, I heard it too. I just hope this person isn't as bad as the previous one."

"I agree."

"Guys, the new director has arrived. Let's go, greet him."

All the employees are gathered to welcome the new director.

"Welcome, sir." Everyone greeted him.

*Whispers."

"Whoa. Look at him. He is too young to be a director. He might probably be the same age as our cupid. And he looks so good too."

Director: Thank you so much. I am glad to meet everyone.

Manager: Sir, Shall I release a notification for a new assistant?

Director: There is no need for that. I guess everyone knows why I've been appointed without any prior information. If not, let me make it clear. I've been appointed on short notice because of the incident that took place six months ago (Suicide case). Since your previous director proved to be incompetent, I've taken the charge. The company has faced lots of losses. So I'm thinking to appoint the 'Love psychologist: Cupid' as my assistant.

Turning towards the director,

As you all have been seeing on the screen, that is our rank compared to other dating companies. I hope everyone starts to be more serious and find ways to bring our company back to its position.

And I want the cupid to gather all the information regarding other companies activity since the last six months and keep a note on all aspects as well.

"I feel very pity towards our Love psychologist: Cupid. Ever since the new director has come, her life has become more pathetic."

"True. Couldn't say anymore. Even her schedule to give counselling for the couples has become very tight compared to previous months and she also has to take care of everything the director asks her to do, be it company issue or personal."

It was me who made him abuse and stalk your sister and later made him take all the blame and also instigated you towards that so-called cupid. (Laughs wickedly). And now she is there where all this has started.

The director summons energy ad tries to beat the kidnapper.

Director: I won't leave you today. Tell me, where did you hide her.

Meanwhile, the police arrive at the scene.

The girl leaves the boy and heads towards her home. Who would have thought that this evening would make her choose between two options before her? Justice? or Life?

The road unusually seemed very silent. Not even a single-vehicle sound is heard. She was heading without any second thought while playing around, giggling herself reminiscing all the moments.

*BANG*

The girl gets frightened at the sound and lifts her head.

A truck hits the car. The driver in the car was in a pool of blood. While she was about to go near the car, the truck driver goes to the car. She was frightened at the sight of this accident and hides behind a wall. The truck driver notices that the driver in the car is still breathing. He looks around to make sure if there are any eyewitnesses. He finds no one. He grabs a big hammer from the truck, goes near the car driver and hits him on his head to make sure he won't land himself in trouble later and kills the car driver.

At the sight of such an inhumane thing, the little girl is shell shocked and couldn't do anything. While she was trembling with fear and takes a step back, the rustling sound of the leaves due to her movement makes the truck driver notice her. He turns towards her and tries to approach her with a hammer in his hands. Probably thinking to kill her so that there won't be any witness. The poor little girl, with all her might, tries to outrun the truck driver.

While she was trying to run, the boy notices her who came back to return her book and follows behind her. While she was running, the truck driver with his truck runs over her which makes her fall unconscious and escapes while whistling thinking this is the end. The boy who saw all this takes her to the police and informs the police about the same.

The police confirm both the accidents and also the murder made by the truck driver from the girl and boy, who later testify the same at the high court.

The truck driver is sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment for both accidents and also trying to cover his mistake by murdering the car driver.

*Present*

The director searches for the cupid frantically while reminiscing all the moments spent with her. He kept saying sorry to her in his mind for all the hatred he carried for her and making her life even harder.

The director finally reaches the place where this all has started. The truck and car accident place. Finally, after searching for an hour, he finds her in a truck's trunk with bruises on her body. For a moment he felt relieved for finding her, but the situation in which he found her was way more difficult for him to take.

He took her to the hospital. After her recovery, he hugged the cupid and asked her what she wants.

Cupid: Struggling self every time, not to fall as low as before. Years of cringing, holding all that pressures and pain to myself, fighting all the battles in my head just to gain some power to handle, losing all that previous strength, and for now, what I really need is a big hug and few months of stress less sleep.

And the Director and Cupid live happily ever after."

Children: It is really good. But grandma, why didn't the truck driver feel sorry for killing the car driver and even tried to take revenge after twelve years?

Grandma: The person with traditional values, but still was unable to suppress his desire to commit a crime. His psychological cause might be to use some justified excuses to neutralize his guilt for killing a person. This is what we call self-consolation.

Sometimes life throws few options to choose from. And those options aren't that easy, it might question your very essence of living. Those options might tear you apart.
