MY FIRST NINTH BOARD EXAM

Before my first board exam, I felt anxious because it was a new experience for me. I tended to worry about exams, and this one was no different. The process began with a visit to the photographer for our exam photos, which we then attached to our exam slips. I studied diligently, often sacrificing sleep to prepare. There was a lot of tension, nervousness, and anxiety because of the rumors I'd heard about board exams. People said the exams would be difficult and that the board team might suddenly appear to check for cheating. There was talk of needing mobile devices to pass, but none of this was true. I realized that feeling nervous is normal and that being brave is essential. By focusing on my studies and learning the key points from the syllabus, I could overcome these fears. I adopted a smart study strategy, concentrating on main topics and using guess papers to guide my preparation. Thankfully, many of the questions I practiced appeared on the actual exam. I also used past papers from previous years to understand the exam format better. As the exam days approached, I bought essential materials like a clipboard and pens. The night before my first paper, I was too nervous to sleep, so I stayed up studying until 1 or 2 a.m. On the exam day, I woke up early, reviewed my notes, and got ready. Despite it being summer, I felt cold with nerves. Once I reached the exam center, I was initially confused and anxious due to the number of students, but I made a new friend who helped me feel more at ease. When the English exam started at 9 o'clock, I was relieved to find the paper simpler than expected, thanks to my preparation with guess papers. This routine continued for a week until all my exams were completed. In the end, I felt a great sense of freedom and happiness. The experience taught me the value of being independent and prepared, and it was a valuable learning opportunity.
