Noona opened her eyes in a panic, she couldn't breathe. She could only move her eyes. She tried screaming, but every effort of her failed. To move, scream, run etc. Then she felt as if something or someone sitting on her.

And out of the blue her mom started shacking her "Noona! Noona! Wake up. What is happening with you? Noona!" her mom screamed at her. Abruptly she could move again she got up, screaming her lungs out. And was gasping for air as if she was drowning.

Her eyes wide open. She looked at her mother. Her mom quickly gave her a glass of water to drink. Noona's hands shaking.

Ever since Noona's dad died, she started having sleep paralysis, anxiety, depression, stress and more. Her dad was the closest person to her. She started visiting a therapist so that she could be normal. She had to stay normal for her mother and her younger sister.

"Noona you ok? Did you have your medications? You want your medication pills?" her mom asked her in a panic. "No..... No mom. I am fine. You go and sleep I will be fine, don't worry about me" Noona said assuring her mom. "I wont leave you. I will sleep with you tonight" her mom said. "No no need. You go to Clair she will get scared" she said to her mom. Her mom nodded in agreement.

After her mother left the room, she slowly got up. And turned her room's light on. She took out a small box from her table drawer. It was her medication and a sleeping pill.
