In 2018, I created a Facebook account, and a girl from my school and class sent me a friend request. Till 12th class, I didn't have a girlfriend, but I knew some girls who liked me, although they never expressed their feelings.

After 12th class, seeing my friends with girlfriends made me decide to find one too. So, I started sending messages to girls I knew. First, I messaged a shy classmate who always came online after 12 pm. She replied, and we chatted for several days. One day, I proposed to her, but she rejected me, saying she wanted to focus on her studies, make her father proud, and become a good person.

I decided to remain friends with her. We attended the same college but had different majors. Whenever I saw her, I'd go talk to her like friends. However, I noticed her sitting close to a boy one day. I asked her about him, and she claimed he was just a friend. Her best friend told me that she had proposed to that boy, which made me feel sad.

I confronted her about hiding this from me, and she denied any romantic involvement. I told her to be honest with me in the future. We remained friends, but our friendship was strained. On my birthday, she didn't wish me or attend my celebration. I expressed my hurt, and she apologized, but our friendship eventually faded.

A few months later, I met another classmate and proposed to her. At first, she didn't give a clear answer, but later she agreed to be my girlfriend. We talked for a couple of weeks, but I noticed she had a habit of putting me on hold during calls and not returning.

I asked her to avoid doing this, but she continued. I wanted to spend time with her after my exams, but she refused, citing fear of being seen with boys. I insisted, and she eventually agreed. However, when the time came, she canceled, saying she had work.

I gave her an ultimatum, and she agreed to watch a movie with me. She came to the movie, but only after making me promise she could leave early for a network marketing meeting. During the movie, she tried to leave several times, but I persuaded her to stay.

After the movie, I asked how she liked it, and she replied briefly. I thought to myself that she hadn't let me enjoy the movie properly. I wanted to grab a bite to eat, but she said she had to go.

She continued to say she'd never spend time with me again and asked me not to tell her father about her activities. I felt sad, bought snacks, and offered her some, but she only had one and gave the rest back to me.

When the train arrived, she left, and I told her to call me when she boarded. She called, but after a minute, she said her hands hurt and ended the call. I felt sad and blocked her, deciding to end the relationship.

She tried calling me for a couple of days but eventually moved on. A couple of months later, I still thought about her and wanted her back. I tried to win her over, but she suggested being friends first. I agreed, then refused.

I tried to meet her, but she stood me up. I felt deceived and used harsh language with her. I felt extremely sad and tried to reach out, but she never responded.

One day, I saw her with another guy, and that's when I knew our relationship was truly over.

After that, I didn't have the courage to pursue another relationship. I tried talking to other girls, but I always got rejected, and eventually, I stopped trying.
