Stella is the daughter of a wealthy family, but she was not their biological child. Her childhood was filled with misery. Fifteen years ago, her parents were unable to conceive a child. As a result, they had no choice but to adopt a child to secure an heir for their company. When they visited an orphanage to adopt, they happened upon a beautiful and brilliant girl named Stella. They adopted her and began raising her with love and care. However, they were surprised to learn that her mother was pregnant five years later. Soon, a baby boy was born, and they named him Daniel. As the children grew up, their parents started to pay more attention to Daniel, while neglecting Stella. This neglect left Stella feeling isolated and inferior.
One day, Daniel and Stella had an argument and fought with each other. During the fight, Daniel sustained a minor injury, whereas Stella fell to the ground and started bleeding. Hearing Daniel scream, their parents rushed to the scene and scolded Stella harshly. Stella didn't respond and remained silent. Their parents took Daniel to the hospital immediately, leaving Stella behind. Heartbroken, Stella left the house. While walking down the street, injured, she met a man dressed in black clothes. He inquired about her injury and treated her wound. He then asked if she was willing to train in martial arts under him so that she could defend herself in a fight. She immediately agreed, unaware that he intended to find someone to be his assistant.
Days passed, and the relationship between her and her parents never improved; in fact, it grew worse. They noticed she sneaked out of their house every evening but never bothered to address it. The man shared his stories and revealed that he was an assassin. He slowly started putting thoughts about assassination into her mind, and she grew increasingly interested in the idea.
Eventually, 20 years passed, and the day her family had to choose their successor was drawing near. Stella had grown into a wise, kind, and knowledgeable woman, possessing all the qualities needed to become their successor. In contrast, Daniel was arrogant, domineering, immoral, and lacked sympathy, often mistreating poor people. Many people supported Stella as the rightful successor. However, her parents did not wish for that. They wanted their son, Daniel, to take the position.
Yet, they feared the backlash that would arise if they denied Stella - a capable and deserving candidate - the role, especially since she was not their biological daughter. Such news would tarnish their reputation and harm their company's status. To avoid this, her parents devised a plan to kill Stella, ensuring that Daniel would be the only remaining heir and, by default, the successor.
