Short Story Lovers currently gives Pro Authors two direct reader monetization options. They can be used separately or together.
Readers subscribe to you for ongoing paid access. You control your subscription offering and can publish subscriber-only stories when your subscription setup is ready.
Readers can send a one-time payment to support your writing without starting a recurring subscription.
Engagement can help you attract readers and grow your audience, but it is not automatically converted into cash. True Reader Points are platform reward points, not withdrawable earnings.
Getting paid
Choose one payout route from your Payouts page. The right option mainly depends on your country, Stripe eligibility and how you prefer to receive funds.
Connect an eligible Stripe account to receive reader payments through Stripe Connect. Stripe confirms final account and country eligibility during onboarding.
Add the bank details required for your country and receive eligible earnings through the Short Story Lovers bank transfer payout process.
