A new Help Assistant is live on Short Story Lovers
The Contact & Help page now includes an AI Help Assistant for quick answers to common questions while keeping regular support available when needed.
We have added a Help Assistant to the Short Story Lovers Contact & Help page.
The goal is simple: give readers and authors a quicker way to get answers to common SSL questions without making support feel less human.
Where it lives
The assistant is available on the Contact & Help page. It can help explain common parts of Short Story Lovers and point people toward the right next step.
Support is still there
The Help Assistant does not replace support. If someone still needs help, the normal contact flow remains available.
We will keep watching how people use it and improve the answers when we find gaps.
