One day, a Fox noticed a lovely cluster of ripe grapes hanging from a vine that was trained around a tree's limbs. The Fox looked longingly at the grapes, which seemed about to burst with juice. His mouth watered. The Fox had to leap to save the group, which was dangling from a tall limb. He jumped for the first time and missed it by a great distance. He then moved a short distance away and attempted a running leap, but failed again. He attempted repeatedly, but in vain.
Her mother says she’ll get better. The doll across the room just stares. And under the surface of it all, something is quietly, terribly wrong.
