Tarun, with a brick, broke the glass of the window and slowly opened the window lock from inside. They all entered the room silently; the man was still asleep. They commanded Sagar to keep an eye outside, while both boys took out a bedsheet and put all the cash in it. All of them, one by one, steadily left the room and ran towards the bike. Mohit rapidly started the bike and went away. After 5 minutes, Sagar panicked and shouted to stop the bike. He questioned them that there must have been some CCTV in the building, and from that, they could easily be caught. Mohit made him comfortable by saying there was no chance of getting caught, as the man would not try to share this incident with anyone as he himself knew that the money did not come from ethical work. He had noticed the man, and he did not look like a man who did proper work, so there was no need to worry. They all went to the terrace of Tarun's building, hid the money there, and decided they would all meet in the afternoon and plan what to do, as well as that nobody would say anything to anyone.

The next afternoon, they all met and started counting the money. The money was only 15 lakhs in total. Mohit immediately became sad upon seeing such a small amount. He taunted that the money on the table looked like more last night, but it was very little in reality and would only come to 5 lakhs each, meaning all the risk had gone to waste. Tarun, with a quirky smile, said not to worry, he had something to show them all. He took out a ruby from his pocket. Both Mohit and Sagar were blown away; it looked worth crores. They started asking how he got that. Tarun, with confidence, responded that when he was taking out the bedsheet, he saw this ruby placed on the lamp table. They were all entertained by this and started celebrating.
