Chapter 2: The Flight Has Landed
The flight had landed, and its intention was to find the best boy for Rinki. Pinki declared, "I officially declare this Swayambar open!"
Rinki and Pinki sat down, and the first boy, Sonu, approached them. He introduced himself as Preetwinder Singh Patiala, aka Preeto. Rinki replied, "Namaste, I'm Rinki, Rinki Chataulya."
Sonu exclaimed, "Wow, Preeti di Rinki, aaj sham Pinki Pinki badiyaa ji badiyaa!" (Wow, Preeti di Rinki, Pinki is amazing today!) Rinki asked Pinki, "What's this? Who have you brought?"
Pinki replied, "He's a fan of Diljit Dosanjh and even has tickets to his concert." Sonu showed off the tickets, but Rinki wasn't impressed, saying, "I love Tony Kakkar."
Pinki intervened, "Let's not waste time; we have other boys lined up." Sonu left the stage, and Chinki reassured Rinki, "Don't worry, behn; this flight has brought many boys from different places. If you don't like this one, another will come."
A new contestant, Pulak, entered to the song "Lungi Dance." He introduced himself as a math professor from South India. Pulak explained, "Life is like a sine and cosine graph; sometimes it's up, sometimes down, but peace is always on the axis."
Chinki joked, "Exes are toxic." Pulak clarified, "I meant the x-axis on graph paper." Rinki admitted, "I don't understand math; I stopped studying it in 10th grade. That's why I'm studying law."
Chinki asked Pulak, "What do you do?" Pulak replied, "I'm a math professor." Rinki teased, "Math professor? Get out of here!" Pulak pleaded, "Aiyoo, madam, Chinki ji, please don't make me leave."
Chinki firmly said, "No, you need to go." Pulak left the stage to the song "Why This Kolaveri Di." Chinki reassured Rinki, "Don't worry, behn; this flight has brought many boys from different places. They're all from good families and have come from various parts of India to participate in this Swayambar."
Chinki continued, "You love the Swayambar era, and we've brought it back for you. Now, let's meet the next contestant." Chinki called out to the next boy, a romantic Gujarati, who entered the stage.
