Chapter 4: The First Shift

Two days later, it was time for him to start his job, and he was very excited about the opportunity. He went to the center, where the team leader showed him his workspace and the system. Kishan received his first call and handled it very well, and the procedure continued smoothly. During dinner in the canteen, he tried to make friends with someone to share living space, as the rental cost was very high, but no one seemed to connect with him, making him feel like an outsider. However, without getting disheartened, he focused on his work and completed his shift.

In the morning, Kishan went back to the same waiting area at the station. This time, he attracted some attention. When he came out after bathing, the police caught him and took him to the police station. He was kept there until the evening and released after paying a fine. By this point, he had no money left. He somehow made it to work, but his mind was disturbed, and he was starving. He went directly to the mess to eat, and his leader saw him doing so.

When he started work, he received his first call from a US client and couldn't understand the person's dialect, which left the caller unsatisfied. When the team leader heard about this, he was furious with Kishan and warned him about his job. Kishan somehow finished his shift, but he had nowhere to go and no money to survive.
